A meaty combination ... mixed or divided into two slices each of pancetta, homemade mild Italian sausage, pepperoni, and roasted chicken atop mozzarella and our pizza sauce.
Buffalo Gorgonzola
A “buffalo style” pizza…Our roasted chicken smothered in buffalo sauce, whole milk mozzarella, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese atop a base of creamy gorgonzola dressing.

From our neighbors across the sea ... start with a layer of our homemade pizza sauce, then we add sautéed spinach, homemade mild Italian sausage, and finish it off with mozzarella and feta cheese.

The Devil’s eggplant ... Imported pepperoni, fried eggplant, and hot cherry peppers piled high over mozzarella and tomato sauce create this three alarm delight.

A small twist to a traditional pie…We start with a layer of fresh tomato slices; add fresh mozzarella and imported fontina cheeses on top. Then we give it a healthy drizzle of garlic butter and finish with chopped fresh basil.
Ricetta
Our House specialty... fresh tomato slices, prosciutto, sautéed scallions with garlic, ricotta cheese, and a sprinkling of mozzarella.
Cinque Formaggio
A rich blend of five cheeses ... provolone, romano, fontina, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses are blended together. There’s no sauce for this one!

Our favorite veggie pie ... Mixed or divided into two slices each of: artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, sautéed spinach, and mushrooms atop mozzarella cheese and our pizza sauce.
