Ricetta's believes strongly in not only
providing the best food and service possible but also doing all we
can in our community. Each month we partner with a community group
or organization to increase awareness and assist them with a fundraising
event.
Ricetta's Brick Ovens burn
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We burn only hard wood, oak & maple, which heats the ovens to
a temperature between 700° - 900°.
We are affiliated with The Good
Shepard Food Bank and we donate $1 from every large Maine's
Next Best Pizza contest winner pizza we sell. The Tre Amici was
the 2009 winner of our Maine's Next Best Pizza contest. read
